A. In stock orders ship within 3 to 5 days. Out of stock items will take 3-5 weeks.

Q. Is it safe to order online at the Mobys Cargo store?

A. Yes. All of your information including your credit card is processed at an online site that is encrypted and secure. Because of this security, information cannot be observed by outside parties in transit.

Q. On the credit card payment page, what is the card code and where is it located?

A. The card code is a three-digit security code that is printed on the back of credit cards. The number appears in reverse italic at the top of the signature panel at the end.
This program helps validate that a genuine card is being used during a transaction. All MasterCard cards, both credit and debit, were required to contain a card code by January 1, 1997; all Visa cards must contain a card code by January 1, 2001. Even if a criminal steals a valid account number, they cannot compute the card code since they do not know the mathematical algorithm logic.
The card code three-digit value is printed on the signature panel on the back of Visa cards immediately following the Visa card account number.
We only need the last 3 digits of this number (the others are just a repetition of your credit card number).

Q. When will I get charged?

A. Your credit card is processed at the time you place the order. The charge will appear as "Moby's Cargo" on your card statement.

Q. Can I return items?

A. Yes. We will accept returns for exchange or store credit. We do our best to provide great customer service, however, the "turnaround time" may be a couple of weeks - not a couple of days.

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

A. Each package has a base fee of $5.00 with an additional $2.00 added per pound. Minimum shipping fee for order is $8.50. Gift Cards ship free.
