Moby's Cargo is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information that identifies you to a third party without your prior approval. We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable. If you would rather not receive this information, you may send an e-mail to mobyscargostore@gmail.com with "Unsubscribe Me" as the subject line. Moby's Cargo does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Shipping

Q. How much is shipping and handling?

A. Each package has a base fee of $5.00 with an additional $2.00 added per pound. Minimum shipping fee for order is $8.50. Gift Cards ship free.

Q. How will my order be shipped?

A. By USPS Priority Mail.

Returns

We will accept returns for exchange or store credit. We do our best to provide great customer service, however, the "turnaround time" may be a couple of weeks - not a couple of days.
